غلط ایڈریس

• درست اور مکمل ایڈریس فراہم کرنا صارف کی ذمہ داری ہے۔

• آرڈر وصول ہونے کے 7 دن کے اندر ریٹرن یا ایکسچینج کی درخواست دی جا سکتی ہے۔

• پراڈکٹ استعمال شدہ نہ ہو، دھلی ہوئی نہ ہو اور ٹیگز کے ساتھ اصل حالت میں ہو۔

• سیل یا ڈسکاؤنٹ والی اشیاء ریٹرن یا ایکسچینج کے قابل نہیں ہوں گی۔

• پراڈکٹ چیک کرنے کے بعد ریفنڈ جاری کیا جائے گا۔

• ریفنڈ اسٹور کریڈٹ یا بینک ٹرانسفر کے ذریعے ہوگا۔

• ڈیلیوری چارجز ناقابلِ واپسی ہوں گے۔

• ریفنڈ کا دورانیہ: 5–7 ورکنگ دن۔
